I am a member of the library. After the recent storm, I would like to pen down my concern for the dismal condition of the library. The wastes are just scattered in the floor and foul smell is emerging from the wastes.

This results in a unhygienic condition and prone to many diseases. This also provides a favorable condition for mosquito to breed and so increasing the chances of malaria and dengue.  

So, I kindly request you to clean the library and to disinfect using disinfectants. I also request you to kindly place a create a friendly and peaceful environment for the readers to study.
