Mutation Application Form must be filled . Must be accompanied by a certified copy of the Deed of Conveyance and copy of possession letter issued by the Developer. Also keep the the latest electricity bill ready. Mutation Fee will have be deposited along with the tax assessed. In case you are not satisfied appeal may be filed within 30 days. Before filing the application it is important to know the tax due on the property before your possession of the flat.
