Subject:- Sanitation in our locality

Respected Madam/Sir,

I am a resident of the the municipal region and I wish to inform you about the poor sanitation in our locality. The situation is so pathetic . The sanitation workers are nowhere to be seen it has been nearly a month since the garbage bins are properly cleaned. These garbage bins have become the breeding ground for mosquitoes , Houseflies and even Rats that spreads deadly diseases. This problem is most acute in the market region . Dengue fever was reported in this region this past week too . There is also a blockage in the small canal that is meant to carry water in case of rain and if it rains the whole region gets loaded with water . This can cause serious problems mainly for old people and small children.

I hope that you will take necessary action from your side to improve the sanitation in our locality.
