Subject: Complain against irregular supply of water
Respected Sir,
Through the columns of your esteemed daily newspaper, I woul like to highlight the problem of water scarcity due to irregular supply.
For the last three weeks our locality is water scarcity due to irregular supply of water. Sometimes there is no water supply for two or three days. As such, it is difficult to meet our daily basic needs of water for cooking and drinking. The residents here are being compelled to go even far distances for a budget of water and often have no option but to buy water at exorbitant rates.
Therefore, I earnestly request the concerned department and the authorities to look into the matter urgently and immediately restore regular supply of clean water since the people of this locality are facing untold hardship.
