i ordered a long list of things from your sports center last week i had specified in my order that i needed by the next 3 days but still you ignored it and sent it a week after ordering and the second thing is that the delivery package was not up to the mark and  some of its contents were damaged

i am not at all happy with your service and i expect this to not to happen again

Poor quality of the equipment received by the school.

                As you
are aware, our school had ordered for 10 cricket bats, 10 badminton racquets,
10 balls, 10 shuttlecocks, 20 tennis bats and 2 nets. We paid for the best
quality equipment available in your store.

                I
regret to inform you that the items we have received are not of the best
quality. The wires of the nets and racquets are broken in some places, there
are scratches on the balls and the bats. It looks as if they are second-hand
items.

                I am
returning the entire package. Kindly resend the above mentioned items and
ensure that they are of the best quality.
