I am writing this letter to inform that hooliganism and theft has increased in our locality so most of the citizens are very scared.

Everyone is scared to go out and roam around freely and mainly the ladies are afraid.

I would like to ask you to take some actions against this crimes so that we can stay fearless and roam around in our area freely.
