The reason behind this letter is as due to the water wastage now-a-days people are facing difficulty for getting water . The underground water level is also decreasing day by day . If this continues then there will be a situation where we should by water . So, in order to avoid such problems in future we the students of class 9th had taken a step in order to avoid water wastage . So, it is a kind request to you that please allow us to organise a seminar on ' Rain water Harvesting ' in our school campus . We want to make our friends get awareness about the importance of water and what is Rain water harvesting ? .

With due respect and humble submission, I Shreya Sinha of class 10 want your permission to organize a seminar on "Rainwater harvesting". The main reason behind this organization is to tell others about the use of rainwater. As when there is rainfall most of the water flows into drains. The rainwater is pure. It can be collected and stored. And the stored water can be used for various purposes like washing clothes, houses, etc. We should utilize the available water in an effective way so that we do not face problems in the future. Rainwater harvesting is a good practice.

Everything is all set. The students have made the set ready. They have also practiced the speech to be delivered.
