Answer:

To,

The Principal

Name of school

Dear Sir/ Madam,

It is stated that I, (name of student), am currently enrolled in your school by the roll number in grade (Mention the class). With due respect, the reason that I am writing this letter is that the spellings of name are incorrectly written. The spellings of my roll no as mentioned on the CNIC, and other official documents are 12 not 31 I have mentioned this to the admin several times, and have asked them to change the spellings but however, they said that they will but they have not done it as yet.

Today, I visited the admin office, and they asked me to write an application to you. It is stated that please change the spellings of name as soon as possible because my examinations are approaching, and it is going to create a lot of hustle. As the spellings on my CNIC, and my school form contradict, and hence, it will create an issue while sending my admission.

Therefore, it is stated that please change my name as soon as possible. I will be very grateful to you for your cooperation. Anxiously waiting for you to take prompt action.

Best Regards,

Name
