Most humbly I wish to inform you that the Annual Inter-District Badminton Tournament is being held in our city this month. This is a prestigious tournament I wanted to take part. I have also been training for the last three years and preparing myself for this competition.

Therefore, I request you to consider my request and grant me leave for five days, that is from 9th to 13th February 2022.
