hello! I hope thisbletter finds you in good spirtI am a student from aaaaa. I am writing to request for a new Id card.

This winter holidays I visited x. I had taken my bagpack as a carry on with me. My bag contained my id card. My bag was misplaced and I lost. I could not find it anywhere. This is why I am requesting for a new id card
