Dear Sir:
I am writing to your good self to request you to organize a summer camp in the coming summer vacation. The amp can be organized at the community hall from June 10 to June 20, 2019. I have talked to many members and all of them are willing for the camp. There are many skilled professionals living in our colony who are ready to provide their services free of cost. The timing of the camp will have to be kept early from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. or we can hire some resource persons, coaches, instructors from outside also. The parents are willing to pay for the camp. Kindly ponder over my request. I shall be thankful. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
