Dear MADAM

With due respect I want to draw your kind attention against the increase in road accident in cities of india.

It is very regrettable that we have thrown caution to the winds and are rather insensible while driving or walking on the roads. The rise in total number of road accident in the past six years is nidification enough that it is nothing but our negligence and breaking of basic traffic rules that has led to this regular rise in the number of accidents.

I hope this complaint would not fall on deaf ears and you would take immediate necessary steps.
