Dear sir,
Yesterday we received the delivery of Dining table, sofa set, beds and study table. But when the delivery was unpacked, we came to know that it was not the same as we had ordered.
All the items mentioned above have many defects for e.g. in dining table set one chair is missing, beds do not have the same color combination as we had chosen, study table is too small and sofa set is not in proper condition. I request you to come to my place and review the same.
I am very disappointed with the service provided by you. For time being I would like you to refund the amount that I have paid and take the furniture back.
