Dear sir,
As the festival session is coming and everyone waits for this as they want complete enjoyment with dance ,music and all with all their friends, family members and relatives.
No matter festivals are an occasion to enjoy but they have never thought about those people who are not engaged in their enjoyment . For them this is not enjoyment this can be a noise pollution. Morever, exams are near and students have to focus on their studies but they can't just because of music . when they want to study they hear music and easily distract from their goals. People who are enjoying they never think about anyoneelse and use loudspeakers which is with extremely high level. Not only students ,it distract and disturb other living beings also like old people , animals etc.
For above mentioned problems ,I want to inform you to take some steps should be taken during festival session regarding using loudspekers. Some steps like if they want to enjoy they can use small speakers or even they can use for only for some hours . I hope our problem will surely get solution very fast.
