Dear Ramesh,

I hope you are doing well. I have been quite busy with my personal life in the past few days and I am overwhelmed at the way you have handled everything in my absence.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't appear for the important  meeting but the way you conducted it in my absence was praiseworthy. The feedback of the clients seemed to be quite positive.

I am really thankful to you for this help. I will try to join office in a day or two but till then please take care of everything. Take care of your health too.
