Sir,
I am Raj, living in Arumbakkam of Chennai for nearly five years. Recently, a new family has immigrated to my neighbor flat. They looked like a normal family to everyone in the street. However, they are not. I have found them treating their pets, a dog and a cat, badly. I already have warned them to not to do such kind of ill-treatment to innocent animals. They have ignored my words all the time. I have no other way instead of complaining about them. Please save those pets from them.
Thank You.

Dear Sir
Sub: Ill-treatment of pets
I wish to bring to your attention the fact that my neighbour, Mr. Gundu Rao, residing in no. 7, Ram Nagar is ill-treating his pets. He has 2 German-shepherd dogs and several cats, which are kept in a severely confined space, under unhygienic conditions. Because of this treatment, they are in very bad health, as I can see them from my terrace.
I request you to kindly take this up and do the needful as a matter of priority, to save these poor creatures.
My phone no. is 1234567890.
Thank you.
Yours sincerely
Gireesh Raj
