with due respect i wish to state that i am a student of khalsa college Ludhiana. i want to tell you that in front of our collage there is a very bad condition. garbage are thrown in the ground. which is very irritating for the students and it is also very bad for our health. many vegetable and snacks sellers sells their products near the garbage bump. please do something otherwise the health of the people will be very poor. try to publish this in your newspaper.
