Greetings sir/madam,iam a citizen of some place(your address area).we hope that you know that there is inadequate supply of water for us
The supply of water is only 500litres which is not enough for 700 hundred people since people in and around our area comes here to collect water this 500 litres of water is not supplied everyday it is supplied once in two weeks so the water quantity is not enough for us
I kindly request you to take the required action on this matter as soon as possible
