Respectfully I wish to state that I had applied for Adhar card on January 2, 2019. My online enrollment identity is 1723/90333/09455. I had been assured I would receive my Adhar card through post latest by February 15, 2019. However, I have not received it until February 19, 2019. I need it urgently as I have to apply for my scholarship with the Central Government latest by February 25, 2019. I appeal to you to expedite the dispatch of my Adhar card. I shall be grateful to you. Thanking you.
