subject :- poor quality of defective book supplied

I had placed an order to ur company and I had received it yesterday I was surprised to see that I had received torn and missing pages . I am very disappointed with ur service . even though we r u regular costumer u made no arrangement to look into the ordered books

I will like to get a replacement of the defective torn books with better quality and no missing pages by next Monday
