I am the Head Boy of SMV college, Shastri Nagar. We have planned a study tour at local farm house near Shastri Nagar on 10th November, 2019 There will be around 40 students and two teachers. I am writing this letter to you in order to know the availability of bus on the same day. It will be a one-day tour. We will leave for the destination early in the morning at 5 am. If you can arrange a bus for us for 40 students and two teachers, we will be grateful.
