In the crisis ridden time prevailing at the moment, with the ongoing pandemic and lock down, one can only ask for a good night's sleep. But the residents of Sector 2C cannot catch a wink of sleep due to the continuous barking, growling and whimpering of the street dogs of the locality.
There are about a dozen of dogs in the locality. They have made it a habit to hold all their barking sessions at night. The deeper the night gets the louder grows their barking.
I would urge the Durgapur Municipal Corporation to take some immediate action and free us from this barking menace.
Kindly treat this urgent and restore us the peace of the night.
