Dear Sir,

With all due respect, I beg to inform you about the drinking water condition in our area. Water resources are not in well condition here and we would like someone to take action against it. 

The water condition is leading to a lot of illnesses in children as well as adults, and this can be very dangerous in the future if the condition will not be handled or the changes will not be made.

I woulld like to request the concerning authorities to look into this matter and take the steps which are needed to solve this problem.
