Sir,

This is to inform you that in our residential area, some new commercial shops have been constructed that are causing disturbance to the peaceful environment around the residency and we have obtained information, that these commercial shops are an unauthorized construction project. So we want to request for the demolition of these unauthorized shops from our residential area in order to attain the peaceful environment as before.

Please, look after this case, and it's a kind request that action is taken against them as soon as possible.
