Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to draw your attention to the unhygienic conditions prevailing in our colony. I live in Nehru Colony which comes under the administration of Delhi Municipal Corporation. Our colony is a highly populated and as such it is extremely important to ensure good sanitation. I am writing this letter to suggest you to ban the usage of plastic bags. As we know that plastic is not biodegradable and it is polluting our soil.Many animals like cows, goats are eating those plastic bags and dying.Some people are burning this bags in our locality which pollutes the fresh air.So please kindly accept my request and organize the strict rules against it.
