Subject - Regarding for sanitary condition

Respected Sir,

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the mismanagement prevalent

in my area. I regret to inform you that the sanitary condition of our locality is becoming bad to worse day by day. The concerning workers are paying no heed to it. They come here once in 15 days. The garbage and other bad material are lying on the roads in rest of the days. The drainages of this locality have broken and we can see water spread on the road everywhere and every time. This creates a bad scene and invites a lot of diseases and causes ill health of people of this locality. Gutters are not cleaned, drainage is checked and heaps of refuse can be seen here and there. We can see many stray pigs and dogs here wandering for no purpose. They have made it their own dominion forever. The water supply is also not good. The street lights are often off giving a free chance to thieves. People suffer a lot because of these inconveniences.

Therefore I request you to please look into the matter and take all necessary steps for solving this problem.
