Respected Sir,

With due respect, I beg to say that I live in Gundecha Trillium, Thakur Village, Kandivali (East). It is a thickly populated area. Being an industry locality, it is also a famous area in our city. But the water supply in our locality is not regular. It is made one time in two days and for a short time. Sometimes the water supply is not made for three days continuously. Other resources of water are not in well condition here. There are only two Hand Pumps in our locality. They are either in bad condition or out of control. They supply very little water after the hard labor. It is not enough for the people of this locality. Even the wells in our locality are dry. People cannot get water from them enough to fulfill their needs. Because of this people have to fetch water from a long distance. They spend a lot of time in bringing water. This affects in their daily work. The time which they have to spend on their necessary work has to spend on bringing water.

Therefore I request the concerning authorities to look into the matter seriously and take necessary steps for solving the problem. So the water supply may kindly be made daily in our locality. People may get rid of the problem of poor water supply.

I shall be highly obliged to you.

Thanking you sir,

Yours Faithfully.

Hope my answer Helps you.

Subject: Problems related to great water shortage

Respected sir/ma'am

This is to inform that acute water shortage is not just a problem to look upon but a problem to ponder and work now. In India, many cities and villages are facing water shortage. Water crises, water table sinking, and residents get water only half an hour a day has created havoc everywhere.

Since water is essential basic necessity of humans, they do not pay much heed to this issue till they are hammered to feel the problem.

Water shortage is something we all love to hate, but beyond lip service, little seems to have been done. The need of the hour is to work out solutions before it is too late. Each drop of water is precious pearl. So everyone should love to use it judiciously. Water should be saved on a rainy day. Leaking taps and pipes should be replaced or repaired immediately. Tap should not be leaved open especially when washing utensils, clothes and while shaving or brushing teeth. Only collaborative efforts between public, private and voluntary sectors and particularly community participation, whether in a village or city, can give results, build faith and provide boost to water savage.

At last I would like to say that if still no step is taken than this line will be common that "water, water everywhere not enough to swim, water, water everywhere not enough to drink."

Yours faithfully (sender's name)

hope it helps u ji☺️
