Sir,

On behalf of the residents of Chatarpur district, I hereby request you to open a primary health centre in the district.

Health of citizens is first priority for any nation. Health care facilities must be provided by Government so as to make each and every citizen healthy.

But in our district there's not such condition of free health check up. If concerned authority would open a primary health centre then all the residents of the district would be benefited. Nowadays people are getting ill rapidly due to hazardous ailments. They need proper health check up. But few of them cannot afford the bill of health check up in private hospitals and all.

It would be very great of you if you would understand our problem. And we hope that to solve this problem you would surely provide the facility of primary health centre after considering the concerned authority.
