Dear Sir,

I have recently switched over to your company's network and have been extremely sad about my decision as since one week I'm facing the unavailability of internet in my area due to which I'm facing extreme losses in my academics. During the online classes, suddenly the network turns down. A week ago I had my online examinations which were adversely affected due to network issues.

Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible, so that I don't face any further losses in my studies.
