                                              i am very upset as to how the staff at this medical institute has been attending to me. Since I arrived the clerk has been very disrespectful and the doctors have not seen about my injures yet. I have been sitting in Accident and Emergency for the past 2 days.

I ask you to please deal with these matters before thing escalate. This would be very helpful. People come into your institution with many issues and a little heart warming attitude will be very helpful.
