Subject: Prevention of mosquito-borne diseases.

Sir:

Respectfully I wish to bring to your kind notice to  the poor state of water stagnation caused by poor sewage and drainage system in this hospital. Last year mosquito-borne diseases such as malaria, dengue, and chikungunya took heavy toll of human life. There were 20 fatalities recorded.Your good self had promised to get the sewage and drainage system repaired.

However, in spite of repeated requests, reminders and complaints, no action has been taken to relive us of our distress.  We the people of this contry  have taken all the measures such as not allowing any water to stagnate in or aroundhospital in any form. But the water stagnated on the roads is beyond our power!

I on behalf of the patients of the entire area appeal to you to look into the matter and take prompt action as the rainy season is not very far. In case of further delay, the residents are planning to call a national TV channel and have a documentary made of the insanitary conditions prevailing in our area. It will definitely attract the attention of the authorities at the Central Government. Looking forward to prompt action from your side.

MOST RESPECTFULLY I BEG TO SAY THAT I LIVE NEAR DELHI GATE , MEERUT . THIS LOCALITY HAS A BIG NALA . NEAR BHUMIAPUL THE HEAP OF RUBBISH ARE LYING ON THE ROADS AND DIRTY WATER SPREAD ON THE ROADS . THE RESULT IS THAT THE WHOLE AREA IS FULL OF MOSQUITOS AND FLIES . THE PEOPLE OF THIS LOCALITY ARE SUFFERING FROM MALARIA AND DENGUE.

KINDLY ARRANGE SPRAYING IN THIS LOCALITY TO COUNTER THE MOSQUITOES SO THAT THE PEOPLE MAY BE NOT SUFFER FROM THESE FATAL DISEASES. I HOPE THAT YOU WILL TAKE IMMEDIATE STEPS IN THIS MATTER .
