Dear Sir,

By means of this letter I would like bring the issue of cleanliness in hospitals in our area. The hospitals lack basic cleanliness due to which there is a danger in increasing infections in the hospitals. The washrooms are not cleaned properly and the water taps are very dirty. Medical waste is also not handled properly.

Therefore I would request you to look into the matter as soon as possible and take some strict actions.
