    Subject:-Street lights are not working.

Most humble and respectfully I Spike Jean beg to state that I am the citizen of your municipality and i am writing this letter for you because for a couple of days almost all the streets lights are not working , people are having problems because it is almost not visible at night and people is having problem to set their way and to see the pebbles or any kind of obstacles of their way.

I would be highly thankful if you look into this matter as quickly as possible.
