Sir,

           I am Subarna Bose, a resident of your area. In this letter, I want to complain about some disturbance I am facing in my locality.

            A group of boys is partying in my area, that is not a problem. But, they put the volume of music in high and this is disturbing me. I asked them to stop it but they are behaving so rudely. I have an examination tomorrow, I cannot concentrate on my study due to this.

            I would be obliged if you stop them to do so.
