Not covered by labor laws: Most of the unorganized workers work in enterprises where labor laws are not applicable. That's why their working condition is also not safe and health hazards are very high for them.

No protection even in hazardous occupations: Child labour, inequality to the extent of injustice to women and their physical, mental and sexual exploitation are common. The issue of non-existence of health standards in many businesses is also associated with this sector as a challenge.

Increasingly complex economic-social system: Due to the increase of complex economic-social system, the daily life of these workers has become more busy and the standard of living has become much lower.
