My name is Erfan and a member of the Second Road distinct. I am writing to inform you that a playground located adjacent Hills Park is out of service.

There is a wide range of reasons that cause youth’s desiring to use them dramatically reduced. Even though this place has a wonderful position in our area, instruments are old fashioned and the shortage of equipment are feeling. Furthermore, the gathering of drug dealers contribute to parent’s afraid that let their child play in this ground. Because of these reasons, children never are drawn to use this playground.

In spite of the summer is coming, there is no place for young people to spend their pleasure time. Besides, most families in this zone are accommodating in an apartment besides there is lack of space for their child to play physical activities. For these reasons, it is feeling crucial to reopened the playground for locals.

I would appreciate it if you could replace equipment with contemporary ones. Also, consider conditions to restore security.
