Recently I have purchased a new window cooler 4500rs (where 4200 is the rate of cooler and 300 rs is service charge)from my near by a shop name Om Electrical Sundar Nagar Raipur. But problem is that my younger brother get a heavy electric shock from this window cooler after a night and the shop keeper has neither accept his falt nor replace this cooler.
