We purchased a machine model no. LG-WP-95265 for Rs. 17890 vide your receipt no. 378 ft. 10th January 2020. Now not even six months have passed but the machine is not working properly. Its water heating system seems to have some manufacturing defect. It seldom works properly. Your mechanic has already visited us twice but he has not been able to satisfy us.
Since the machine carries 2 years warranty, you are requested to take it and replace it with a new machine.
