Sir,
I would like to complain against a LC; Washing Machine purchased a week back from your firm vide Cash Memo No. 747 dated December 22, 2011. From the last one week it is not functioning properly. It creates noise and stops all of a sudden. Our clothes do not get properly washed and remains dirty. Certain manufacturing defect has revoked its working. Since this machine is within the guarantee period, I request you to replace it at the earliest.
Hoping for immediate replacement of the washing machine.

Respected Sir,
We purchased LG washing machine model no. LG-WP-95265 for Rs. 17890 vide your receipt no. 378 ft. 10th January 2020. Now not even six months have passed but the machine is not working properly. Its water heating system seems to have some manufacturing defect. It seldom works properly. Your mechanic has already visited us twice but he has not been able to satisfy us.
Since the machine carries 2 years warranty, you are requested to take it and replace it with a new machine.
