Reg. : Complaint against the rough treatment by neighbour  

I, Rajiv Rajana, is residing in Block D-702 of your society. I am writing this letter to complaint against the cruel treatment by my neighbour, Rameshbhai K. Patel, towards his pet dog. He resides in D-701.

He has a pet dog. I have seen that he never ever takes it for a walk. That is not an issue. Past seven days, I heard screaming noise of his dog coming from his flat. I thought, dogs are like that. Whenever the owner leaves them, they scream and yell. However, one fine day when their door was open, I saw the dog who had marks on his body. It was badly beaten by the Rameshbhai. Oh! I was so astonished that I had quarrel with him and he was not even ashamed of that. He is not a human being at all.  

I request the society to make a rule for the society for treating the pets as a creature and living being. Fine should be imposed and some of the security should be diverted towards keeping an eye on these activities as we human beings still can narrate our sufferings. Also, Rameshbhai should be called upon this Sunday in committee meeting and severe action must be taken against him.

This is a serious issued and I hope, I will get co-operation from the society.
