Respected Sir,
With due respect, it is stated that I am a permanent resident of this district. The route that leads to the central University from GT road passes across our village and on daily basis we come across a substantial problem of noise generated by the buses. Apart from the disturbing noise of the traffic, the atmosphere in our surrounding is profusely infused with the smoke coming out of the automobiles which use petrol full of lead contents. As a result, lung diseases have come onto the screen which have made the lives of the villagers hell. Hence, you are kindly requested to tackle down the issue of air pollution at the earliest before more casualties occur. I shall be grateful for this favor.

Hello Collector Sir,
It is a great honor to send a letter to you in person. I hope you are fine. I am now bringing here to your notice that Air pollution due to the heavy smoke releasing from the nearest industries are causing great trouble to the people around our area.
If you take the medical reports for the last three months, you will clearly come to know that most of the diseases are related to air pollution.
Please take necessary action to reduce the effect of air pollution or implement an order for those big industries to reduce their production. Looking forward to the positive impact on the environment soon.
