Dear Mr. Brown,
My school is going to have a sport day function on Friday, November 23rd. It starts at 6:00 P.M. and it should end around 9:00 P.M.. I was hoping you could come and be the chief guest. If you could, that'd be great. If you can't, that is okay. Please answer by November 10th.
