Sir

I would hereby, most humbly, bring to your notice that the we are not getting any water supply for last 2 days. It is getting very difficult to carry out day to day activities. Supply in our neighbouring houses is as usual, it looks like an issue with our house only. There can be some leakages in the water supply pipes which immediately needs to be repaired.

I kindly appeal to you to look into the above mentioned problem urgently and provide solution for a our water supply.

Sub: Disruption of water supply

 

Dear Sir

 

This is to bring to your attention that water supply has been disrupted since yesterday, in our area, causing hardship to the residents. The supply to individual homes as well as roadside taps are dry. The residents now rely on water purchased from private suppliers, brought by tankers.

 

I request you to kindly look into this matter and address it at the earliest.
