I would like to draw the attention of the govt, regarding the molestation of a college going girl in a (Bus Name) in broad day light. Eve-teasing has always existed in society since quite a long time, but what used to be a simple joke has reached gigantic proportion so much so that once girls leave the corridors of their home, the parents are worried a lot till the time she returns home. The insecurity of the girls is now a primary concern and it is not limited to schools, colleges and society but also to the work place.
The recent incident of a brutal rape and murder of a lady working with a reputed organisation is a proof enough that even working woman is not safe. It is not only up to the govt, only to fight this ever growing menace, but it is also the moral duty of the citizens of ____________ (Place) to fight this problem by taking the eve-teasers by the collar. In a country which is otherwise known as “Motherland”, such acts are actually not only disgraceful but distinctly disgusting. It is high time we start to fight this problem in a unified manner.
