Sir,
Through the column of your esteemed newspaper I would like to draw the kind attention of the concerned authority towards the problem of loudspeakers nuisance in our locality. The Government has banned the use of loudspeakers but this nuisance continues and create a worst environment.
People use loudspeakers in parties or in any kind of programmes. Using loudspeakers after 9pm is an illegal activity, we can not break the rules but in our are people do not care about the rules. We need a prohibition of this system because this influences our health and work.
The sound of loudspeakers is very high for our ears capacity so it is not good for our health as it may harm the ear drums and may make us deaf rest of the life.
People play music till late night so we are not able to sleep properly at night and it is causing insommia, a major health hazard.
In this connection we compained to the local authorities but in vain. We are looking forward to a quick publication of this issue to create attention of the concerned authority for resolution of the problem.
Thanking you
Yours faithfully
ABC.

Subject: The nuisance caused by loudspeakers.
Sir,
Through your esteemed newspaper I would like to express my displeasure on the nuisance and public disturbance caused by PA System (loudspeakers).
Many restaurants, cafes and night clubs are using loudspeakers at full volume Durga Bihar Colony. This misuse of loudspeakers, especially at night, causes much disturbance to the students who are studying for their exams. It is very difficult for them to concentrate on their lessons when loudspeakers are being used at every corner. The use of loudspeakers in temples is another public nuisance.
Further, we also need to think about the sick people at home or admitted in hospitals who need rest and sleep.
The law enforcement agencies must prevent the unauthorised use of loudspeakers and causing public disturbance. It is one of the causes of noise pollution too. I therefore earnestly request the authorities to take appropriate action and book anyone misusing loudspeakers.
Yours sincerely,
ANJALI
