Sir,
Through the columns of your esteemed daily newspaper I wish to highlight the unsanitary conditions in the locality of Mayur Vihar, New Delhi.
The drainage system is damaged. The drains are chocked by garbage and the dirty water is flowing freely everywhere. The stench is unbearable and it is a health hazard to the residents. The residents are suffering untold hardship because of the unhygienic piles of garbage and the damaged drains in their locality. The Municipal Corporation has not distributed any waste disposal bins to the residents for more than 4 years.
Therefore, I request the Municipal Corporation and the concerned authorities to address the problem at the earliest.
