Now there are chemical used in every thing and also in milk. many factories uses chemical to make milk. Milk available in dairies also contain chemical. The Editor,

Subject: The health hazards of synthetic milk.

Sir,

The recent news reports on the manufacturing and distribution of synthetic milk was shocking to say the least. It is unbelievable that these people care more about earning easy money than human life.

Synthetic milk is not milk but an artificial imitation of milk. It contains detergent or soap, sodium hydroxide, vegetable oil, salt and urea. Physicians have found that synthetics milk causes tissue damages and complications of liver, kidney and heart. Synthetic milk is more lethal to children and unborn babies. Parents usually buy milk for their children. They have become unsuspecting victims.

This case of synthetic milk is the reason why we need more strict laws to discourage food adulteration and production of synthetic food items. The police and the consumer forum must act immediately to unearth this evil syndicate. Those involved must be booked and given severe penalties. A thorough investigation must be conducted to put an end to production of synthetic milk once and for all.

Yours sincerely,
