Sub : Increase in Covid -19 cases
Sir,
With deep anguish and worry I am writing to your esteemed Daily to view my concern about the increasing Covid- 19 cases and the safety measures to be taken to ensure protection from it.
In the last two weeks, Durgapur and its surrounding areas has witnessed an alarming increase in the Covid- 19 cases. The virus is infecting in leaps and bounds. Like a mitotic cell it is multiplying at a rapid pace. If preventive measures are not taken the country will soon enter PHASE-3.
Safety measures are extremely important at this juncture. A strict regime of social conduct has to be practised.
At no cost should people be allowed to crowd in the market places. Youngsters are in a vacation mood. Come evening, and they are out in the fields-playing, chatting , gatthering in social meets. All these have to be stopped immediately.
Social isolation, self curfew has to be religiously practised. If one has to go out , social distancing is vital. Wearing masks and gloves is a must. Consuming food rich in Vitamins will help increase immunity.
If all these measures are taken the Covid-19 can be prevented from its merciless attack.
I would urge every reader of this Daily to please adhere to all the rules and regulations imposed by the Government and fight against the spread of this pandemic unitedly.

through the column of your esteemed newspaper I would like to draw the attention of the general public towards safety measures for corona virus
India council of medical research (ICMR) DG Dr Balram Bhargava said that irresponsible people who are not following the norms to prevent the spread of covid-19 were driving coronavirus pandemic in India. you may find cases in people who are very conscious as well but they conscious people are not driving the pandemic but it is less conscious people who are driving the pandemic, so be conscious for your health STAY HEALTHY, STAY SAFE
It will be good if you publish this in your nice paper and the general public will see the gravity of this matter and some measures will be adopted to Safety for corona virus.
