Subject: Career choice conundrum faced by youth
Sir:
I am writing this letter to express my deep concern over the problem of career choice faced by youth in our country. Almost every student in India is in dilemma as to what career he/she should pursue. This happens particularly after passing matriculation or while taking admission in college or university.
Majority of the youth don’t get proper professional guidance in career choice. Hence, considerable talent is lost in mismatching of aptitude and career choice. The solution to this problem lies in providing the youth enough career counselling facilities. I appeal to the Government to provide sufficient career counselling facilities to the youth of India. I hope you will give my views enough space in your reputed daily.
