Subject: Growing Obesity .
Through the columns of your esteemed daily I would like to bring the attention of the readers to the subject mentioned above.
Indeed, Obesity has been spread in our nation rapidly and there is no strife over it.
Obesity is a leading preventable cause of deaths worldwide, with increasing rates in adults and children.
Obesity is mainly caused due to consumption of too much food without moving a little.
When we consume too much food and don't burn off the energy then the surplus energy gets stored in form of fat.
According to an expert Obesity is defined below
"Obesity is not a disease but a condition that people bring about themselves. It can be prevented but the fight against fat is won or lost by parents not councilors or fat camps, and parents may not be doing all they can to help their children maintain a healthy weight."
Well from above it is crystal clear that obesity can be eradicated only by one's own will.
obesity brings a lot of disease with it and if not cured it can be passed from generation to another generation.
